  • 2 oz Providence First Drops
  • 1 oz Berling Liqueur Anisette
  • 6-7 mint leaves
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • Top off with soda water

Add all ingredients into your shaker along with lots of ice (preferably big pieces). Shake vigorously until all mint leaves are well shredded then double strain and pour into a glass half filled with crushed ice. Mix well then add more crushed ice. Top off with soda water.


  • 2oz Providence Dunder & Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 Rosemary stick
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg white

In a shaker filled with ice, shake all the ingredients well. Double strain and serve in a martini glass.


  • 2 oz Providence First Drops
  • 3-4 chunks of honeydew melon
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes of vanilla extract
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup

In a shaker, muddle the chunks of honeydew with the vanilla extract. Add all the other ingredients and ice. Shake, strain and pour.


  • 2 oz Providence Dunder & Syrup
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 poz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes vanilla extract
  • 5 to 6 local cherries

In an empty shaker, muddle the cherries with the vanilla extract. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice and shake vigourously. Strain and serve in a coupette glass, using a cherry for decoration.


  • 2 oz Providence First Drops
  • 0.5 oz Florita Bitter Pete Panno
  • 2 oz bitter orange juice
  • Orange syrup

Add all ingredients to your shaker along with some ice and shake well (10 seconds).
Strain into a chilled martini glass.


  • 1.5 oz Providence First Drops
  • 1 oz espresso coffee
  • 1 oz Berling Liqueur CafĂ©
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Florita Almond bitter
  • 1 oz egg white

Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Make sure the espresso is hot before putting it into the shaker. Dry shake (without ice) in order to get a good froth. Add ice to the shaker and shake well again. Double strain into your cocktail glass or coupe. Add coffee beans on top of froth for decoration.
